About the position
As a Maintenance Production Supervisor, you will be the daily leader and contact person for our technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance production in collaboration with the planning department. You will manage LMV-Check, ensure compliance, and participate in and lead technical projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Being the daily contact point for technicians.
- Coordinating maintenance production with our planning department.
- Control and oversee LMV checks.
- Perform compliance duties (Responding to findings and reports).
- Cooperation with our workforce planner to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Manage and participate in various technical projects.
- Develop and optimize workflows in Part 145.
Who we are looking for
We expect you to meet the following requirements:
- Valid Part-66 licence.
- Experience with the AMOS maintenance system.
- Type certification on Airbus A320 series or A330 (NEO/CEO).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate within a team.
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to tasks
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language.
It is also an advantage if you:
- Have leadership experience.
- Have experience in training and mentoring apprentices.
- Have knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
