About the position

As a Data & Insights Business Partner at Sunclass Airlines, you play a key role in shaping our Business Intelligence & data initiatives. As part of the business side of the organization, this role requires a strong focus on data modeling and report design to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Your efforts support informed decision-making processes across various departments, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

As part of our Data & Analytics team, based in our office in Dragør, your main focus is:

• Participate in the development of a business intelligence strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and data sources
• Design and maintain data models and data visualizations
• Collaborate with backend developers
• Stay abreast of digital technology trends and advancements 
• Drive data literacy initiatives across Sunclass Airlines

Who we are looking for

• A genuine interest in working with data to solve business challenges
• Experience working with data analysis or data visualization tools (academic, internship, or professional)
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• An understanding of basic business processes and how data supports decision-making
