About the position

As a Compliance Auditor, you will be part of the Safety, Compliance & Security team based in Copenhagen. Your role is to provide independent oversight of Sunclass Airlines’ Operations and Approved Training Organisation (ATO), ensuring conformity with EU and national aviation regulations, as well as internal policies.

You will work closely with the Compliance Monitoring Manager Ops/ATO and support the Accountable Manager by identifying non-conformities and verifying corrective actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Auditing & Inspections
• Plan, prepare, and conduct audits across Operations and ATO, including subcontracted and contracted service providers.
• Ensure impartiality in all compliance monitoring activities.
• Reporting & Follow-up
• Document findings, classify non-conformities, and issue audit reports.
• Monitor and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Escalate unresolved or systemic issues.
• Compliance System Support
• Contribute to the annual audit plan and risk-based prioritization.
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager in meeting EU and national requirements.
• Continuous Development
• Stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Maintain auditor competence through recurrent training and internal knowledge-sharing.

• Proven experience as an auditor in an aviation environment.

• Strong understanding of aviation management systems.

Other information

Please note, this position is offered as a part-time role equivalent to 75% of a full-time schedule.

Location: Based at our office in Copenhagen Airport South Dragør, with access to free parking and public transportation.

Since you will be employed by an airline and must have access to the airport area, it is a prerequisite that you can be cleared through a security background check and maintain this security clearance.
