Part 145 Project Engineer
A versatile technical role with responsibility for projects and improvement initiatives, where you will influence processes and compliance in our maintenance organization.
Do you want to help ensure that our workshops, tools and equipment are always ready for operation – while also taking responsibility for technical projects and improvements? As Project Engineer in our Part-145 organization, you will have a broad role focused on structure, compliance and development.
About the position
As Part-145 Project Engineer, you will be a key member of our technical department in Dragør. You will be responsible for a range of technical and process-related tasks that support our maintenance organization and drive progress in improvement initiatives.
The role is broad and varied - you will lead specific projects and ensure that our tools, equipment, and facilities meet applicable requirements and standards. Acting as a link between technicians, management, and internal stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to influence workflows and implement improvements that make a real difference in daily operations.
Your main tasks will include:
- Leading and following up on technical projects
- Coordinating improvement activities
- Responsibility for workshop, tools, calibration and company vehicles
- Implementing new procedures and standards
- Visiting outstations to ensure compliance
- Preparing and following up on audits and internal reviews
You will be part of our technical department in the hangar in Dragør, working independently but in close collaboration with colleagues across the maintenance organization. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a technically minded and grounded individual with experience from a workshop, production, or maintenance environment. You understand how technical processes work and enjoy creating structure and progress across teams and ongoing projects. You are practical, reliable, and motivated to create overview and keep things moving forward – even when plans change.
Must haves:
- Documented experience with technical/operational projects
- Experience with structured processes and compliance
- Knowledge of project planning and process implementation
- Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
- Valid drivers license
Experience from aviation or a maintenance organization is an advantage, as is familiarity with tools, calibration, or vehicle management. It will also be beneficial if you have worked with AMOS, participated in audits or compliance activities, or gained experience from a production company. An interest in maintenance and technical systems will be considered a plus.

Salary and employment terms according to qualifications
