About the position
You will help ensure that our digital tools on the iPad, CrewApp, CPD (Cabin Personal Device), Aviobook and vPos support the everyday work of our cabin crew in the best possible way – so that we have correct, timely information and can support onboard sales and ancillaries already before departure. You report to the Head of Cabin Crew and will work closely with the Product & Delivery Manager.
You will primarily be working with:
Cabin Turnaround in CrewApp
- Designing and updating cabin turnaround checklists with clear “done” criteria and ownership
- Helping to define escalation rules in chat in collaboration with OCC
- Planning and executing pilots, collecting feedback from crew and prioritising improvements
- Preparing training material and driving a superuser network in the cabin
- Being data ambassador for Cabin – ensuring data quality and following up on simple KPIs
Aviobook / EFB – Cabin Report & information for crew
- Driving requirements, design and testing of new/further developed Cabin Report so it supports operations, data and compliance
- Further developing workflows and settings in Aviobook so we use the system optimally for Cabin
- Owning the improvement track for cabin lists, meal lists, seat plan etc.
- Together with other departments looking at how data in the EFB can be used to support sales of ancillaries before departure
iPad & vPos – technical liaison
- Acting as point of contact and coordinator between Airshoppen and IT regarding iPad and vPos (hardware, setup, access, sync/errors, releases)
- Collecting and structuring incidents and improvement requests from Cabin users and forwarding them to the right teams
- Ensuring that the technical tools support the procedures developed by Cabin/SOP
Who are we looking for
Must haves:
- Experience as cabin crew
- Good understanding of data (data quality, simple KPIs)
- Experience with process and checklist work
- Good understanding of iOS and device management (iPad, MDM, version control) as well as payment/POS flows
- Experience with ancillaries and/or onboard sales
Preferred:
- Have experience as an instructor/superuser and possibly knowledge of Lean/CI
