Part 145 Project Engineer
A versatile technical role with responsibility for projects and improvement initiatives, where you will influence processes and compliance in our maintenance organization.
Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that our workshops, tools, and technical systems are structured, compliant, and ready for operation at all times?
As Project Engineer in our Part-145 organization, you will have a broad role with a strong focus on structure, coordination, and operational follow-through within our technical environment.
About the position
As Project Engineer, you will be a key member of our technical department in Dragør. You will take ownership of technical systems, tools, workshops, and related processes that support our maintenance organization and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
The role is broad and varied, with a strong emphasis on organizing, structuring, and improving how we work. You will lead and coordinate technical and operational initiatives, ensuring that standards, procedures, and systems are clearly defined, implemented, and followed in daily operations.
Acting as a link between technicians, management, and internal stakeholders, you will help turn plans into practice and create sustainable improvements that make a real difference in everyday work.
You will work independently, but in close collaboration with colleagues across the maintenance organization, and you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Your main tasks will include:
· Leading and following up on technical and operational projects
· Coordinating improvement initiatives across workshops and facilities
· Ownership of workshop structure, tools, calibration, and company vehicles
· Establishing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and standards
· Creating and maintaining overview, documentation, and compliance readiness
· Visiting outstations to ensure consistency and compliance
· Preparing for and supporting audits and internal reviews
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a structured and logical individual with experience from a technical, operational, production, or maintenance-related environment.
You understand how technical operations work in practice and enjoy creating order, clarity, and progress across systems, tools, and ongoing activities. You are practical and reliable, motivated by creating overview and ensuring that tasks and initiatives are followed through — even when priorities change.
Rather than being a traditional hands-on technician, you thrive in a role where coordination, structure, and ownership are key. Experience from aviation or a maintenance organization is an advantage, as is familiarity with tools, calibration systems, workshop environments, vehicle management, audits, compliance activities, AMOS, or other regulated operational systems. Experience from a production environment is also beneficial.
Must haves:
· Documented experience with technical, operational, or process-related projects
· Experience working with structured processes and compliance requirements
· Knowledge of project planning, coordination, and process implementation
· Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
· Valid driver’s license
We place great importance on finding the right person for this role. You are structured, reliable, and proactive, and you remain calm and focused when things get busy. Collaboration comes naturally to you, you communicate clearly, treat others with respect, and work well across teams. You take ownership, step in where needed, and are motivated by making improvements that last.
Our offer
We offer an exciting and developing environment where you get the opportunity for an internal career. We work closely with our colleagues in the Nordic countries to give our guests the best weeks of the year. We also have a high level of employee engagement, which is shown year after year in our internal employee survey.
