As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations within the organization. Your tasks will include long-term planning, implementing automated tools, analyzing data, and contributing to fatigue risk management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for data-driven decision-making.

About the position

Long term planning and adjusting to short-term changes:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates to pairings and schedules.
• Respond promptly to any short-term changes or adjustments, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

Assist in the implementation of automatic tools:

• Work closely with our analytical team to implement automated tools for creating pairings/rosters and ad hoc projects.
• Streamline processes and enhance efficiency through the use of innovative tools and software.

Maintain and develop Crew management system:

• Manage our crew management system, update legalities and other rules.

Ad hoc data analysis for data-driven decision-making:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings to relevant stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Build and automate reports:

• Create comprehensive reports related to pairings, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Automate report generation processes to save time and enhance accuracy.

Fatigue Risk Management responsibility:

• Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to manage fatigue risks.
• Implement strategies to mitigate fatigue-related challenges and promote employee well-being.
  

Who we are looking for

Must haves:

• Data driven approach to problem solving
• Flair for tasks with logic and/or combinatoric solutions
• Fluency in English.

Preferred:

• Educational background in mathematics, engineering, economics or similar
• Knowledge of CRM in the airline industry
• High understanding of software development within algorithms and optimisation tools
• It is an advantage if you speak Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, but it's not required.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivational, proactive, detail-oriented, and has high analytical skills. An interest in aviation and logistics at a high level is desirable. You could be newly educated, and your personal qualities are important to us.

Location: Based at our office in Copenhagen Airport South Dragør, with access to free parking and public transportation.
