Maintaining and updating relevant technical documentation, including MOE amendments.
Supporting Management of Change activities within Part-145 and Part-CAMO.
Performing internal supervision measures and sample checks of technical records, facilities and maintenance processes.
Providing structured technical input to governance forums and acting as a trusted technical sparring partner across the organisation.

You are a technically strong and analytically minded professional with solid experience from a regulated aviation maintenance environment. You understand how to combine technical depth with practical judgement and can translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear actions and follow-up.
Must-haves:
Advanced knowledge of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, including Part-145 and Part-CAMO.
Demonstrated knowledge of aviation maintenance standards, components, maintenance methods and continuing airworthiness concepts and principles.

Practical experience with investigations, root cause analysis, Management of Change and compliance follow-up.
Experience with Airbus-family aircraft will be considered an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you need to be credible, pragmatic and comfortable working across organisational boundaries. You are able to influence without formal authority, challenge assumptions when needed and facilitate constructive dialogue. You bring an objective and structured approach to your work, and you are motivated by improving processes, systems and ways of working in a controlled maintenance environment.
Your personal qualities are important to us, as this role requires both technical authority and the ability to build trust across safety, compliance and technical departments.
Our offer
We offer an exciting and developing role in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment where you will have real influence on how safety and compliance are embedded in daily operations.
