About the position

As Station Manager based in Gran Canaria (LPA), you will report to the Ground Operations Manager in Copenhagen and be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations at one of Sunclass Airlines' most important destinations. During the winter season, your primary focus will be the LPA operation, while in the summer season you will support central Ground Operations initiatives and other stations across our network.

Who we are looking for

Must haves:

• Resident in Spain

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of aviation safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience working with suppliers, ground handling agents, or other operational stakeholders.

• Good financial understanding, including budgeting and cost awareness

Preferred:

• Knowledge of one or more Nordic languages.

• Experience in leadership, coordination, or station management role.

• Experience with supplier management, contract administration, or negotiations.

You are a hands-on and engaged professional who enjoys being close to the operation. You take ownership, build strong relationships, and create results through collaboration. You are also proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator who easily builds trust across cultures and functions. You are a team player who contributes to a positive and supportive working culture, and you are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
