Tobias Ögren

Hi,

My name is Tobias Ögren, and I have been part of the Nordic Leisure Travel Group for more than 15 years. I started my career abroad as a tour guide and later worked in several destinations and roles, including as a Destination Manager in Cyprus. After four years abroad, I returned to the Nordic organisation and continued my career within the airline business.

Today, I work as Head of Inflight Product & Catering at Sunclass Airlines, where I lead the commercial and strategic development of our onboard offering. My area of responsibility covers inflight product and customer experience, catering, ancillary revenue, supplier partnerships and logistics.

Together with my team, I work to continuously develop our onboard proposition and create products and services that deliver value for both our customers and the business. This includes everything from product development and customer experience to commercial initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract management and optimising our operational setup.

A big part of my role is finding the right balance between customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency. I enjoy turning ideas into tangible improvements – whether that means developing new products, improving supplier partnerships, identifying cost efficiencies or creating new revenue opportunities.

I am fortunate to work with a great and highly engaged team, as well as many talented colleagues and partners across the organisation. Together, we constantly look for new opportunities to improve the experience for our passengers while making our business more efficient and commercially successful.

What I enjoy most about my role is the combination of strategy, people, commercial development and getting things done. No two days are the same, and there is always a new challenge or opportunity to work on.
